Currently: Assistant Professor at the Department of Classics of the University of Lisbon (courses taught: Latin, Classical Culture, History of Ancient Science); Researcher of the Centre of Classical Studies (FLUL) and Collaborator of the Centre of History of Sciences and Technology (CIUHCT). Past Research: focused on the history of ancient mathematics (Euclidean geometry and optics) and the classical theory of science (i.e. on the Aristotelian Model of Science).
